My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious and bright with a great view, but it was too warm once dressed in ski clothing due to leftover items from a previous guest. The service at the ski depot was unresponsive and rude, making it hard to communicate with guests. The location was excellent, close to the gondola and skiing slopes, but the resort surroundings were dirty and in need of an update. The dining options were varied but could have been warmer. Overall, the facilities had potential but fell short in certain areas.
